We use our smartphones all the time these days. So why not use them to increase our physical and mental wellness? I am sharing with you my favorite apps that I can’t do without. The best part is that they are all free! (if you don’t mind putting up with a few ads)
1.- Water Time Pro
You can set your daily goal and this app will give you reminders during the day. Quite easy to use. You can also enter your weight and sex to calculate an optimal amount of water. So drink water, it’s good for you!
This brain training app will test you to determine your level of skill in different areas like reading, math, information processing, etc . and you can focus on what you need to improve. It will give you 3 daily challenges that you need to complete, which only take a few minutes.
3.- Prana Breath
This app has different types of breath training such as: relax, clear mind, calming, anti-stress and more. It’s super easy to use and you can also set reminders.
4.- Organic facts
This app offers natural options like herbs, foods, essential oils according to specific medical conditions. Useful if you are sick or have a condition and you need to know what you can include in your diet and lifestyle.
5.- Vegan Recipes Free
This app is great if you would like to reduce your intake of animal products and get good recipes. Or if you are a vegan and want some inspiration.
6.- Sleep sounds
Do you live in a noisy area? Do you have a partner who snores? This app can help you play different sounds to sleep better everyday. Give it a try if you have tried everything else!
